I remember one year when the vaccine wasn’t particularly good but I got it anyway. My then boyfriend was sick for a week with a raging fever (non-vaccinated). I got sick taking care of him but it was a fairly mild illness for me. I would much rather have partial protection than no protection.

Tylenol is the only OTC designated as safe to take during pregnancy. So no don’t just slap a black box warning on it when there is no legitimate evidence of it being unsafe in pregnancy.
