I don't think their impact should be minimized so broadly, there are things that can be achieved through non-violent action, even if insufficient, in any case, AI governance is hardly the most important cause nowadays IMO, compared to workers rights or environmental degradation for example.

Every AI controversy is worse than the previous one and nothing is done about it, we need proper a AI regulation movement at the scale of greenpeace or peta, otherwise the situation will just continue to escalate, I for one decided to stop using X today, this is my first post on bluesky, hi guys!
