First post, welcoming May, with a late-antique mosaic displaying months, which was discovered near the Ancient Theater of Argos and belonged to a rich private villa of the 6th century CE. Currently at the Arch. Museum of Argos. #mosaic #May #archaelogy #history #art #LateAntiquity #Byzantium
