my tech was fired up when he called me too and he’s such a gentle guy so you know that man pissed him off 😭 he kept his cool during the interaction tho so i’m proud of him.

well we got a check in the end but my poor tech was verbally abused 😔 at least that’s that tho. let’s hope the guy doesn’t cancel it. imagine that.
