Can you elaborate the second part a bit? Does that mean they got more wrong in total but were less wrong about the state of most congressional races on average?

I’m intrigued by the difference between Elections Daily in both standings- they seem to have the biggest place differential in each- I don’t know who they are, but can you explain that at least?
