It’s weird how neither ChatGPT not Deepseek can get Scrooge McDuck’s age, when he finally became rich, right. They both confuse it to this earlier Riverboat story, why?

The section on buddy-training is so cute - I think it’s the eye contact that does it for me. I prob would not train this way myself, but man I want to have this energy with my ‘buddy’.

I’m reading Bob Paris’ - the first openly gay bodybuilder and possibly the first openly gay actively competing athlete - book ‘Beyond Built’ and man it’s full of just good common sense advice. Worth million hours of fitluence mumbo-jumbo. It’s also fairly intellectual, even philosophical at times.

In all if the Nordic countries (apart from Denmark) the second most studied language is the official language of the country.

I don’t know why Japan has popped as number one, but assumably the people most serious about learning a language are those who want to leave the country. Not difficult to figure out why people are really serious to learn a foreign language in Belarus and Hungary.

Last night I rewatched Beautiful Thing, a gay/lgbt-film from -96, which I haven’t seen since I first saw it on TV at 13. Amazong, beautiful, sweet and innocent film without a hint of cynicism or whatever ”edginess” is so popular today for some reason. It truly is a life-changing piece of art.
