It's clear that most don't know how awards like the grammys opperate. Like to even be nominated, you have to submit them ahead of time, and I can understand why most companies don't want to be doing that since it's just a waste of time.

Yeah, they could put all the time and money into making the biggest pokemon game ever, but the franchise machine says they can't and must put out games on a regular basis.

The mainline games are the core of that machine, so they just can't stop putting them out, or else the other parts suffer.
