There are copies on abebooks dot comm. Cheapest, without dust jacket, is around $50 from a reputable dealer in D.C. They don't give you extensive photos on that site, but it should certainly be good enough as a reading copy. If that doesn't work for you, I'll keep looking.

Well, sometimes I'm more of a silly book dealer, but yes. I'm not big time, but I sell my share. I tend toward niches. Right now I'm really loaded with typography books. I don't limit myself though. I find a lot of different stuff interesting.

I was describing the game of Euchre to someone the other day and I had trouble saying "trump" without grimacing. Ended up calling it "top suit". His name is a curse that taints everything it touches.
