So, for the time being, I'll step away from it. Back to oil, watercolor and crayons!

Watercolor, oil, gouache, and even poster colors either aren’t vivid enough on the delicate paper I use or tend to damage it. Poster colors and gouache, while closer in texture, have the added issue of reactivating (sweaty hand, hot weather, glue etc.)

Unfortunately, even that stopped helping. What I once thought was an issue with just the white paint has now extended to the other colors as well. It's quite sad as my paper cut work relies heavily on acrylics.
