I understand limiting news consumption for mental health reasons, but ignoring everything is part of how we ended up here. Too many people think they can't do anything, or it won't affect them, so they turn a blind eye. They forget that there are ways to actively engage with what's happening.

I tried this, but I couldn't sync my own reading pace with the audio book. I read kinda fast and speeding up the audio book ended up making it too fast for me to process the audio portion. Just my personal experience though.
