GO is the only way to get a Shiny Genesect with your OT.

What if someone hypothetically spent their entire Saturday making it possible to encounter Mew in Fire Red and Leaf Green, using real hardware, without a cheating device?

Gen 3 Shiny Celebi is illegal and can't be sent forward to HOME...

But I used glitches to get my Shiny Celebi from 3DS Virtual Console anyway... so why not use glitches to find it in Gen 3?
