Judging by what I'm seeing over on Xitter, Christian Nationalists and MAGA are to blame for the California wildfires burning out of control. They're withholding their "thoughts and prayers," which is all you need to address any human tragedy, right? 😒

Speaking as an ex-Catholic with a Masters in Pastoral Studies, Trump’s promises are the modern-day equivalent of vague prophecies we find throughout the Bible. They might sound good... until you realize they mean nothing at all. Huh. Maybe he is their Orange Jesus after all. 🤔

I find it very easy to criticize others, even though I think of myself as a generally kind and positive person. Every once in a while, I have to ask myself if my words and actions are still aligned with the values I claim to hold. If not, it’s time for a heart-to-heart with myself. What about you?
