after a bit of googling, i figured out how to fix it; i had to go to my taskbar settings, then date & time, then uncheck this

i don't know why my laptop just automatically did that qwq

I RESTARTED MY COMPUTER AND IT TOOK AWAY THE YEAR WHAT
