I agree about Chinese food having tried it in China as well as here (or in the U.S).

As an Italian who travelled throughout the world, I should also add that ‘domestic’ Italian food is quite different from what you find abroad, generally speaking.

I could only eat Tuscan bread with A LOT of Nutella on top… 😀
Tuscan bread is salt-free - an exception to the rule.
