My take on the Collared Pratincole, RSPB Frampton. Difficult conditions as the bird on both days I went, was always fairly distant & hunkered down due to the wind. So I put on paper, in biro, what I could see…. #ukbirds @birdguides.bsky.social @rarebirder.bsky.social @rspbframptonmarsh.bsky.social

Picked up a Godwit yesterday among Blackwits on Nene Washes, Cambs. Distant & poor light meant the expert advice of Jonathan Taylor was required, who had arrived on queue. Confirmed Barwit. Clearer views obtained leaves me feeling rather stupid……#alwaysabarwit #ukbirds @cambsbirdclub.bsky.social
