I’m asking because during my research on the topic I came across many sites, but none that used Poisson models or AI.

In my opinion, there’s a lot of value to be found in over/under lines. Of course, injuries and absences should be taken into account, but I think bookmakers still underestimate models like this when it comes to predicting a game’s score.
I can only hope you’ll find some “time” for the upcoming PO 🤣
