I remember lying in bed the night before Christmas in 1981 "praying" that Santa would bring me this Snow Speeder from The Empire Strikes Back. I promised that I would do anything if I could just have this one toy.

I worked at a video store during high school and I saw a lot of covers that stuck with me, none more than this one. Then I watched the movie. Jeezus that wooden splinter scene!

Released in May of 1987 but I didn't hear it until December of that same year. My cousin shared it with me during the Christmas Holidays and it kind of changed my 15 year-old brain. "The Kiss" was transformational.
