All races are great and we do them all, big, small, hard or a bit less hard (everything is hard dressed as a #PantoPony!!) but we love them all and everything makes people smile.

Think I know what LOOK you mean, we often get in when we come up with a next plan along with “your going to do what”. I bet your mum then gave a big smile because one of the best things is the pony always makes everyone smile. #PantoPony

Out in the dark doing some training for BM2026 just in case Laz take a punt on the pony, Jasmin said she was hallucinating animals when pushing hard in the woods on lap 5 I am sure we spotted an elephant in the dark 🏃♂️ 🐘 🔦 any ideas or tips @ultradamo.bsky.social? #BH100

32 miles running as a Panto Pony, lots of fun, a few hard moments, but spirits were high and the sun was out.

You have got to be a fan for longer than 12 hours, our challenges take longer than that. It took us 2 days to cycle 170 miles across the UK! 🚲
