What are you talking about? I mentioned the costs of the next section. They will be higher than the ones for the previous section due to it being more complex as the previous one, but also inflation ofc. You stated that Berlin paid > 700m for the A100, which is wrong. Seems hard to understand that.

What your source refers to is the 17th section of the A100, which is being planned atm, but not yet built. The 16th section was opened a few weeks ago and costs >700m. The 1.1 bilion refer to the estimated costs for the next section from Treptower Park to Storkower Straße.

Good luck with your "facts". Here is another source, in case you missed the previous two links: "Rund 720 Millionen Euro hat der Bund hier investiert und damit mehrere Ziele erreicht." Bund is not Berlin state, but not sure if we can agree even on that.
