This child is wearing kids size 3 shoes, and his friends are all still in 12.5 or 1. I suspect he will have adult size feet by the time he's 10.

This happened to my sister once when she was a tween or young teen and I was an older teen. She basically passed out right next to me in the kitchen and I caught her so she didn't hurt herself falling. It was really scary!
