I was no angel, either. The couple of times we visited New York, I made sure to purchase Mets hats, sneak in some Red Sox gear, and put A-Rod's face up on the dart board.

When I was growing up, the Puerto Rican part of my family was split between the New Yorkers and the PNW'ers. Naturally, we're pretty much all very big baseball fans. Inevitably, every October, my mom and I would get a voicemail from "Jorge Posada", AKA her cousin, Billy.

Went for a hike in the middle of the Mariners game and I don’t regret it. I got to scream joyously in the car on the way home as they recorded the win!
