Last year my goal was to lose weight and I lost over 60lbs before shit hit the fan and I stopped trying to eat healthy. (Luckily I've kinda maintained my current weight.) This year, even though I'd like to drop another 20-30lbs, my goal is to improve muscle and strength. To fucking punch Nazis. 😡

So I lost just shy of 60 pounds over 2024. Just now, I tried to lift a 50 pound bag of dog food and it almost killed me. Really put that win into perspective. ❤️
