You can prevent soundmojis from rendering by denying the 'Use external sounds' perm.
This only causes the soundmojis to not render though, and does not prevent them being sent.
I'd have reported the automod bypass here but Discord's security program considers it out of scope.

It looks like Discord is rolling out soundmojis again, with a new format & visuals (currently out to 10% of users).
Currently, sound names DO bypass automod. You can account for this by blocking all soundmoji from being sent with this regex:

No, discord's email system isn't compromised.
People can submit support requests on your behalf, anyone can spoof discord emails (your provider should mark them as spam).
Last xss I saw was server pages & was fixed ages ago.
Obviously be careful, but this is just a chain mail.
