Research Specialist at IIMCB, Warsaw.
Molecular & structural biologist specializing in aging and proteostasis field. My research explores E3 ligases, protein phase separation, and lipid metabolism to uncover mechanisms of lifespan regulation in C elegans.
PhD opportunity in molecular biology at IIMCB, Warsaw @iimcb.bsky.social
Join the Pokrzywa Lab to develop novel C. elegans models for substrate identification of E3 ubiquitin ligases — tackling proteostasis, aging, stress, & neurodegeneration.

Building on our EMBO study (doi.org/10.15252/emb...), we explored "why HSP70 inhibits CHIP E3 ligase". Using C. elegans, we found HSP70 limits CHIP under stress to prevent excessive substrate turnover, preserving germline function. Read more: www.jbc.org/article/S002... #Celegans #Proteostasis
