I see a lot of robot/doll content where dolls are fully capable war machines. I get it but also I wrote this snip of my robot girl OC who'd just became able to fully feel feelings after having spent a lot of time in a service bot chassis.

Her blackbox hums away within her brand new chassis, imperceptible except for microvibrations which don't even penetrate its shielding. To all the world except her own internal sensors, Five sits on a concrete staircase, silent and still, eyes fixed to a point between two megatowers where even from street level at the Velvet Spiders' Nest, she can see a single solitary star against the light pollution painting the night sky. Doesn't move even as Omen approaches her, finding his own seat at her side, and waits for a time, while she works out where to begin. "I had to replace my arms and legs, you know." She presses her fingers together over her knees, hugging herself. "They don't build... that model to be as strong as... well, people like to be able to overpower them." She still doesn't even look down. "I think it... hurt." A shaky breath, and the spell is broken. Five's head dropping forward as tears begin to finally flow free.
