What civic duty did perry provide? Knowingly choking a man to death on a subway even through warnings that the man could die? He is a cold blooded murderer. If he hadnt killed a poor black man he would be in jail.

Systemic racism comes from things like redlining, lengthy anti loan policy against minorities which stopped them from owning homes or being able to build generational wealth, inequal treatment in the judicial system, racism in hiring procedure, etc. This isnt a 1 sentence answer topic.

Nope. It was priven that lockfowns, when done right, reduced deaths and spread. Thats why america did worse than any other country with covid and had the most deaths. We refused to help people pay their bills so we could lock down for a while.
