I will grant that "Skin Police" from Oni Press is not winning any originality awards, but the throw-back art style and RoboCop vibes make for very entertaining fun. Plus, some of these covers go hard! There's a full page panel spread referencing the Old Boy hallway fight in one issue, epic. #Comics

I'm currently reading through "Descender" for the first time and what a pleasure! Dustin Nguyen's insanely beautiful watercolor style drew me in, but Jeff Lemire's characters keep me there.
It's definitely the best sci-fi I've read in a while.
