More seriously, in certain areas, accounts reincarnated into the opposing faction were used to maliciously attack portals, thereby attempting to influence the course of the battle.

For instance, in the recent Fragment Campaign, friendly high-level agents who had been reincarnated into the opposing faction were completely excluded by that faction.
