Putting the PR chart aside, you are weaponizing ignorance on this topic. Game companies often siphon money to owner/shareholder via shitty tactics. Such as Inflating a companies value through malicious actions like mass layoffs or mergers to increase things such as loan payouts or tax write offs.

Pt2/2: In addition, many games go on sale for a fraction of the price now. Completely eradicating the idea that a price, at a set value, is 'required' for anything. Further more, inflation is a cute tool but not a particularly scientific one. Not when used as a 'number go up' talking point at least.

Pt1/2: The games industry is worth billions now, the tech to make and run games is orders of magnitude more effective/less ground breaking. The DLC will put the final price around 150-200$ and most of that will be digital. On top of wages not keeping pace with inflation.
