I had the same thing happen to my character Aquiles, he was too perfect.
And then I thought, why not make that his flaw?
He's too kind, so it's easy for people to run all over him. Since he's too kind he pretty much can't take any decission by himself.
Maybe do that? turn the perks into flaws!
