If the dev team's feeling extra spicy, they could use some of the characters featured in the Wario franchise, the Donkey Kong franchise, and the Yoshi franchise too!

Some other picks that come to mind are Il Piantissimo (Super Mario Sunshine), The Chimp (Super Mario Galaxy), Major Burrows (Super Mario Galaxy), and Lubba (Super Mario Galaxy 2)!

Tatanga (Super Mario Land), Wart (Super Mario Bros 2), Prince Peasley (Superstar Saga), Midbus (Bowser's Inside Story), Fawful (Mario & Luigi games), Merlon (Paper Mario games), Whomp King (Super Mario 64 games), and Mallow (Super Mario RPG) would all be great picks!

As it seems like Mario Kart World's going to have an absurdly large character roster (considering they're including fish bones and dolphins as characters), I hope that means the dev team will be willing to include more obscure characters from the older games and spin-off games! 🙏
