L-Theanine, montmorency cherry extract, lemon balm, camomile, lavender, B6, asparagus extract!!! Not had this reaction before with them but just had another weird night. Fairly sure it is stress as if it were the gummies I would have noticed it before.

That's the thing isn't it? So many symptoms are easy to brush off. Peri/menopause, flare ups, stress. Genuinely frightening.

Hmmm well the next 2 dreams were just vivid and interesting so made things better. Getting more migraines now though because of job situation. Taking some sleeping supplements to try and calm down so maybe they are making dreams a bit more vivid.
