I didn’t realise that. Fair enough, wrong to pick some random liar repeatedly. But do believe showing both sides is the right thing to do, especially if it highlights one side as being so clearly wrong.

I think I disagree. By giving this person airtime, she was shown to be lying by the more informed panelist, and it demonstrated the misinformation was exactly that. I understand the frustration with the BBC’s balance, but the alternative is just whoever shouts loudest. ‘Give em enough rope…’ 🤷♂️

Hope they stick with him. And as mad as it sounds, isn’t this rollercoaster more exciting than just trying to come fourth (last few frustrating losses aside)? Things will change, I guess, if we lose in the cups too.
