Well, for instance, if my parent loses their jobs, we lose everything. I will lose my federal aid for school, our house, and our vehicles. Then it's bad for y'all because desperation will set in fast. It's different here in Appalachia. That's why he's bad for everyone, not just federal employees.

Over the course of the next 24 hours, widespread rainfall accumulations of 2"+ are forecast from SW Louisiana all the way up to portions of SW Mississippi. A core of 4"+ is forecast for portions of east central Louisiana. This is a considerable amount of rainfall.
