A few days ago, I started craving chocolate pudding. Haven’t had any in years. Didn’t have milk or pudding mix. Nor did I want to buy pudding mix (too many unhealthy ingredients). What I did have was Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, and maple syrup. So I played. And the results are yum!

Admittedly, summer is not my favorite season (I’m heat-averse). Summer’s one redeeming factor for me is all the sweet, delicious fruit. I’m gorging on my favorites while I can!

This series started in 1995 and is still growing strong. If I were to reread the series at one book per month, it would take a little over five years 😳.
