Mom, editor. History buff.
#Geico is raising my rates 15 percent next week, acknowledging that has nothing to do with my claims (virtually nil) or driving record, but saying it's because of "the cost of doing business." I'm driving an old car with bare-bones coverage, very low mileage, and they still want $2500 a year.

Because I live such a boring life, one of my prime hobbies is finding strange products in grocery stores. I found this was in a Shop-Rite in Huntington. Sounds like someone cleaned off the assembly line and threw all the scrapings into one box. And I like the Kelces.

The NYTimes seems to be closing off a lot of important conversations on political or remotely controversial stories by refusing to allow comments. I imagine their editors are crazy busy but now is not the time to shut down all conversation about the election, Cabinet choices, etc.
