Backyard birding today saw this guy, I think this is a Red-naped sapsucker, not common here, we usually see yellow-bellied sapsucker. Anyone know for sure?

Yesterday, I went down to where the bayou runs into the bay and watched a juvenile bald eagle harass the pelicans. Here, you can see the eagle swooping in and snagging a fish, and the pelican attacking.
