This is so cool! Now I understand what’s meant when you refer to the “slinky!” Thank you so much for sharing it.

I was really apprehensive about needing to off gas our new microwave but it honestly wasn’t bad! The box and packing materials were the worst part. I’m really really sensitive too. Fingers crossed for you, too!

Thinking outside the box here. Any chance the cat has a harness that’s tolerable and escape proof? And could the top of the cast somehow be attached to or tied to the harness so it can’t be kicked off?

We recently had a, um, duck incident of a similar nature at a friend’s farm. Thankfully the outcome was also miraculously positive for the duck! (The dog was very confused as to why she couldn’t keep her new “friend”)

You’re not alone. I have my own collection of complex chronic illness acronyms, and am parenting a child with their own. I greatly appreciate all you’ve done and what you continue to do. Be sure to take care of yourself too, and remember it’s a marathon. It’s one step at a time.

Oh no! Spider plants are pretty resilient, so hopefully he’ll be ok. A funny thought…maybe consider putting it in something like a big bird cage to keep the cats away?? While I don’t have cats, I think they’ll just continue to play with it if it’s in the open, especially as it gets bigger.

Your kindness is one of the many reasons I adore you all! (The question is: did you get a picture of all the stuffies in the back of your car?!? Because that would be entertaining!)
