On one of my other socials there is a new group that is all about Buying Canadian only because of the new US administration. They have lists of food items to exchange American made to Canadian made. One problem, we have nasty winters and need to get our fruits and veggies from the US or Mexico.

We are going to try our hand at making high protein bagels 🥯 this weekend. This has brought up some controversy at our house. How do you pronounce the word bagel?
1) Baygel like Bay Street
2) Baagel like the word Bad
