I think the worm was a female. And she gave birth.

They should unfreeze all of it and not tell the Russians.

b-bbbut the man with the worm that ate part of his brain says it’s okay. He says the worm died. Hard to tell.

Kind of cool, really. ut seems limited in scope.

He’s pretty plump—LOTS of faces.

Yes, totally has crazy eyes.

At the local farmer’s many offer organic but don’t go through the certification process because $$$. But it’s a small town and I know the people.

I’ll put in my own garden in 2025. There are many CSAs and dome cities have neighborhood gardens. Need more of that IMHO. I know families are strapped for time and $ and Walmart is a big savings for them.

You think I don’t know that I am privileged to buy good food? If it is pricey, I just buy less. Even Walmart has organic produce now, mot sure about standards now that organic is profitable.
December 22, 2024 at 6:47 PM
No, I don’t think so, it is more subtle than that and includes things like broccoli, cauliflower, romaine, etc. Not a sugary sweetness and not just fruit. I don’t find a lot of conventionally grown produce to have that richer taste.

Hard to get all the details in on a limited word count. But think whatever you like.
December 22, 2024 at 4:44 PM
I buy local as much as possible because it is fresh & supports local growers, but I do buy some organic products in grocery stores. I do trust the organic farming industry more than mainstream, but I buy from companies that have been doing it long before it became popular.

Organic food, just really tastes better, sweeter. If you are a typical american who eats mostly processed food, your taste buds will have been overwhelmed by salt, sugar and additives, so much so, that you won’t taste the difference until you are off of that crap for awhile.
December 22, 2024 at 3:51 PM
And your statement is a BS generalization and conflation of a lot of different data. Research showed a 70% drop in glyphosate in the body after just a week of eating organic food. (But I won’t include any more points by spending my time doing what you could easily do.)
December 22, 2024 at 3:50 PM
Maybe for you. I buy from local ranchers and farmers.
December 22, 2024 at 3:41 PM
I think I’ll trust the organic farming industry, thank you.

Whenever I hear that woman are better, I remember Margaret Thatcher, Anita Bryant. And now, there is a whole cadre of scary women. MTG, Boebert, Noem, etc.

I imagine many people were afraid of the inquisitors and other zealots who killed women that they identified as witches.

Maybe we’ll get lucky and the Orange Antichrist will pull a Jim Jones or Heaven’s Gate maneuver when he realizes the unbearable truth that he is mortal. “Drinking the koolaid”, in that case, may save us.

These clowns will suck America dry, then blame whatever group is left to blame for the dystopian mess MAGAs made of the US & the world. The cultists will still believe him (or Vance, depending on who’s president by then).

She’s not your equal, Nancy. She is so far above you.
