Is PeopleSoft ancient? I am Church of Excel and didn't keep up after my last HR work ended 15 years ago. As far as I know HR Data is stone tablets today. 🤷

Yes. It's been around a long time. I last worked in HR in 2012 and that was a form I completed a lot when onboarding.
