So Snopes did an estimate of how much the Super Bowl debacle cost. That was about $1 million, he had a SS staff of 80, stayed only until half time. The estimate did not include pre-planning.

So true. Pointed out to a magat the other day that trans athletes are 0.008% of the athlete population yet the magats are so happy their orange god wrote an EO banning trans participation. Someone doesn’t have a clue as to what to worry about!

Not nice, but then again she votes just fine for the GOP party—lockstep with everyone else. I think they would consider her quite compatible with their ticket.

Unless she is not able to get the latest information herself. That is the issue—your PCP is being robbed of what could be critical information from CDC since the orange one has removed the ability of our government to send out the latest relevant info. That includes to healthcare providers.

The vaccine/immunization recommendation lists for children, teens and adults are still there. All the information is still there. It does say that the website is “being modified” per the orange one’s orders. Whatever that means.

And honestly, can you imagine the living hell slaves survived? Seems what we are going through is fairly minor than knowing your children could be ripped from your arms at any moment. We can get through this together. MLK made a difference. We can too.

Not criticizing your choice, but, I have a lesbian friend who is catholic and attends church. I was horrified when I found out—she said how better to make change than to be involved and speak your mind in church. The only way to make change is to be involved. I am still on meta for that reason.

Very true. Everytime I had a magat whine about elections this last time, I reminded them that they can be part of the election process. Volunteer to be an election judge. Learn the process. I have taken the training—it’s open to anyone. This is not hard stuff.
