having an autoimmune & an autonomic disorder all it one blows ass . it sucks more that i feel this irredeemable guilt every time i want to speak about it . like i know i shouldn’t base my experience on what someone else is going through , but i can’t shake it .

when you are lonely you have got to message people. when you are feeling like people only tolerate you, or that they are mean behind your back, you have got to help foster trust by pushing past the discomfort of being known or seeming "needy" by discussing you feel this way with them.
