In 2024, A3P Sr. Counsel Josh Hammer said he’d co-written a law review article (in the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy) calling on SCOTUS to reverse the 1947 Everson case (which held that the Establishment Clause applies to the states & requires a wall of separation btwn church & state). 1/
