My first year doing the lights on the tree. Of course, the top half of the tree stubbornly remains unlit. Do I obsessively remove bulbs and change them out, or do I just buy a new strand? Decisions, decisions....

Performing acts of service has always been such a huge part of my love language. I'm so overjoyed that I have a partner who truly appreciates when I do them. Every morning during the week, coffee starts brewing at six, so it's ready in time for him to go teach the munchkins. 🧩

I was talking with my therapist today about the total joy of having an autistic partner. He's the most thoughtful gift giver, managing to somehow balance both my special interests with my (arbitrary) preferences in style. Plus, we can laugh together about how terrible we both are at eye contact.

Nevermind the Distraction is quickly becoming one of my favorite solo games. The game is mediation themed. It's very quick and smooth once you have the basics down. It matched up nicely with something that was talked about in service today. #boardgames #soloboardgames #unitarianuniversalist
