Good point, Father ! Red city - little rock is much more dangerous than DC. However , cotton actually lives in virginia with his wife & 2 kids. His official residence is a condo owned by a trust with an arkansas lawyer as trustee. His mailing address is the business po box of that arkansas lawyer .
