After a short break following the summer school, the program continues. Next week, the DeepIL (www.paleosynthesis.nat.fau.de/index.php/de...) workshop will take place. Participants will mainly be scientists based in Germany. However, DeepIL also receives support from external research institutions.

As for all the previous workshops we had an icon designed. DeepIL (www.paleosynthesis.nat.fau.de/index.php/de...) will be the upcoming workshop in fall and the topic is “Deep-Time Impacts of Life on the Earth System”. And today we are happy to present the latest icon representing this workshop.

Nature paper finds that 2/3rds of warming since 1990 is attributable to the wealthiest 10%, with 1/5th caused by top 1%, and 8% of attributable to top 0.1%.
