I'm an artist who draws dinosaurs and stuff
-Commissions Open-
-Leptoceratops gracilis-

I know most small ceratopsians like thise are depicted with quills, but I wanted this guy to have a stocky vibe so I went with thick armour scutes for a more unique look. Just a stocky, bad tempered little bugger

❤🔄 are incredibly appreciated ^^

-Aquilolamna milarcae-

This one was tough, since we only have one specimen and it's top down position makes accurately drawing one difficult. But mine ended up being a weird mix of manta ray, whale shark, and megamouth shark

❤🔄 are incredibly appreciated ^^

I used this recent Scott Hartman skeletal

The crest ridges on the snout I gave my design are just a speculative feature to make the head a bit more menacing

-Hybodus reticulatus-

I don't draw sharks or fish often, but I'm quite happy with how this one turned out. I know real hybodus females had no horns at all, but I gave her some tiny nubs anyway just for aesthetics (accuracy purists forgive me)

❤🔄 are incredibly appreciated ^^

-Deinonychus antirrhopus-

Thanks to several paleomedia appearances, Deinonychus just has to be blue imo. But I also wanted mine to feel distinct, and I'm really happy with the result. This might be my favourite design so far

❤🔄 are incredibly appreciated ^^

-Tapejara wellnhoferi-

Tropical little frugivores with colours inspired by toucans/ hornbills. I even gave them the ridges on the beak that toucans have. They also have a slightly speculative crest shape to reference older Tapejara depictions

❤🔄 are incredibly appreciated ^^

-Torosaurus latus-

Shy and mostly solitary forest dwellers, these tall ceratopsians possess one of the largest skulls in nature. These Torosaurs also possesses colour changing chromatophores in their crests that reflect the animals moods

❤🔄 are incredibly appreciated ^^

--Styxosaurus snowii-

I gave my Styxosaurus some vivid colours and bold patterns inspired by boa constrictors, moray eels, and several lizards. I also gave it some subtle moray eel-like hornlets for some unique visual flair

❤🔄 are incredibly appreciated ^^
January 15, 2025 at 5:54 PM
-Pteranodon sternbergi-

It took me so long to get the anatomy right for this one, Pterosaurs are bizarre. These are fairly simple reconstructions, no wierd or speculative features, but I'm really happy with them

❤🔄 are incredibly appreciated ^^

-Standoff in the Snowy Forest-

A hunter runs into a hungry Nanuqsaurus in the dark forests of the Borealis Sector

Just a fun experiment in drawing harsh lighting, and an opportunity to revist Carnivores Exodus again

-Shoerex Commission-

My first Bluesky commission, this is Shoerex by @corraven.bsky.social, a combination between a Shoebill and a Tyrannosaurus. This was a really fun one to work on

❤🔄 are incredibly appreciated ^^
December 27, 2024 at 6:22 PM
-Tylosaurus proriger-

I was kinda tired of blueish-grey countershaded mosasaurs, so I gave mine some intricate patterns inspired by tree monitors and perenties. The females are also larger and bulkier, as seen in modern snakes

❤🔄 are incredibly appreciated ^^
December 12, 2024 at 3:40 PM
-Stegosaurus stenops-

I wanted my stego to have a sort of floral garden vibe. Lots of varied greens and some sunny amber plates, or green flower buds in the case of the female. The streak on the side of the body is also inspired by anteaters

♥️🔁 Are incredibly appreciated ^^

Update colours, mostly the same just with some minor changes to better fit the mood I was going for
December 10, 2024 at 6:54 PM
-Dilophosaurus wetherilli v2-

A rework of my camouflaging Dilophosaur design, now with better anatomy, more lizard-like features, and bolder patterns

Updated colour changes are below

I drew some personalised dinosaurs (Dinosonas? Idk) for some of my irl friends.

This last one's for Holly and Tessa (and their cats) and is an Ankylosaurus, Triceratops, and Sinosauropteryx pair^^

I drew some personalised dinosaurs (Dinosonas? Idk) for some of my irl friends.

This one's for my friend Kelsie (who I can't tag because I don't think she's on bluesky) and is a Pachycephalosaurus ^^

-Compsognathus longipes-

Compys are tiny little scavengers and bug hunters that travel in groups. Their long fuzzy tails are used in communication with the flock, and they constantly vocalise so no one strays too far or gets lost

❤🔄 are incredibly appreciated ^^
November 26, 2024 at 3:22 PM
-Gallimimus bullatus-

Gallis are fast, mostly herbivorous theropods that live in small flocks. But don't be fooled by their fancy plumage and skittish nature. Strong legs and sharp claws allow for disembowling slashes and bone shattering kicks

❤🔄 are incredibly appreciated ^^
November 25, 2024 at 2:36 PM
-Dryosaurus altus-

A predators bane, and living alarm system. Dryosaurus possess colour changing chromatophores in their tail that change depending on their mood. Herbivores know what these colours mean and react accordingly, so a nervous Dryo means a nervous herd

❤🔄 are incredibly appreciated ^^
November 24, 2024 at 2:29 PM
-Ceratosaurus nasicornis-

Ceratosaurus isn't the biggest or fastest carnivore. But the use of aposematism and a viscious temperament means most threats will leave it alone. This and an opportunistic, partially semi-aquatic, lifestyle allows ceratosaurus to thrive

When being dominant or aggressive, it's colours turn a bright and intimidating yellow

When submissive or scared, they turn a dull brown, with a dark head

When hunting, they become a dark green, to better blend into its jungle home
