Continued lawfare to drive trans people out of participating in society. Girl Guides faced legal action for allegedly putting a girl at risk of harassment simply by allowing a trans girl to join, an argument that prejudicially frames all trans girls (under 18!) as potential harassers.

They are a hate group that seeks to eradicate trans people from public life. Their greatest achievement has led to utter confusion and a massive waste of time for politicians as they try to salvage something workable from the shattered remains of the Equality Act. "Campaigner of the Year" my ass!

I imagine money is the main factor for most involved, but I wouldn't be surprised if JK sees a side benefit of being able to cut out those she's disappointed by.

A part of me wonders if this project exists to put new faces on the main characters so that future merch can use show cast likeness to avoid paying royalties to movie cast.

Currently the body type is defined by primary face, first half are feminine, second half are masculine, and you can change it whenever you want. You might still be able to have Drifter and Operator be different too. Voices are a separate option and aren't locked to face/body choice.

The only reason I knew Teen Vogue existed was because people kept pointing out that it was better at reporting on politics than other publications have been. I guess they didn't like the praise and free advertising they were getting. 🤷🏻♀️

Your government and your law enforcement does not care to protect you. The courts established that 'protect and serve' is not actually required of them. 'Punish and enslave' is more appropriate.

As a lay person, I would guess this falls under 2 but with the proviso that an impact assessment could lead to 1.

They did an assessment back before the Equality act? Would that be back when everyone involved agreed that it wasn't going to exclude trans people, as we can see from the records of what they said at the time? The records the supreme court refused to consider?

There was an episode in which one of the transformers meets an enby kid, learns that some people prefer 'they' and realised they do too. Considering they are aliens, they don't have sexes, English isn't their first language, this shouldn't be surprising. 🤷🏻♀️
