Obligatory back view of that mf thang. Figured out plugging Glossy toon + Diffuse toon into a mix shader lets me approximately control the "roughness" like it's Principled.

Apolocheese for making absolutely no progress on any other models (I suck bad ;~;), but I've been messing w/ toon shaders and think Cycles' built-in toon shaders + .02m thick outline is a good look!

Also thinkin' about redoing his colors, though, and wanna get a plated look for the underbelly...

Wanting to hopefully make progress/finish this model over winter break, but I'm both a little indecisive about the direction I wanna take it (i.e. just slap my sona's head on it or make kind-of a new character) and also having my attention eaten up by Metaphor Refantazio lol

Experimenting with hair particles to make a stink effect, because DAMN does this dude fucking REEK. Main issue is getting a transparency dissolve effect at the ends of individual hairs.
